Kiza Baruti Charone
Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo
I was born on December 26, 2003, in Goma, where I grew up. I am the fourth of six children in my family, and our father left us.I am deeply grateful for the photography training I received from Lens on Life and Camme RDC. Through my photos, I aim to convey the message that access to decent work can eliminate poverty and hunger, reduce unemployment, and even curb insecurity. Decent work benefits not just individuals but entire communities, enabling everyone to contribute to the socio-economic growth of our country.
